Cathi Litcher served 30 years in federal prison! During her career in federal law enforcement, Cathi was an expert in creating and sustaining partnerships between public and private sector agencies and facilities. Cathi managed all aspects of employee training and planning to activate 52 new government facilities across the United States. Her enthusiasm and energy ignites team members and stakeholders to achieve difficult goals related to large projects especially those involving communities. Cathi was recognized for her unique talents, abilities, and skills with awards and enjoyed leading improvement projects and leadership training that was implemented nationwide.
Cathi has extensive experience working with individuals, teams and organizations to enable them to elevate their game ~ raising self-awareness, engaging them and bringing them together. Her motto? As an impatient optimist, I help individuals, teams and companies elevate their game to maximize human potential and well-being.
She serves as an Executive Coach, Business Consultant and Leadership Development Consultant with various public agencies such as HUD, Fair Housing Office and Department of Justice – as well as private companies in the manufacturing, corrections, construction and first responder industries.
Cathi currently uses her coaching and facilitating abilities to assist top performing executives, managers and companies to measure and build personal judgment capacity to exceed business objectives and improve revenue performance. Her unique communication style, as a Coach and speaker, Cathi offers those around her many “Ah ha” moments of personal and social awareness.
She has developed and delivered customized workshop curriculum on a wide variety of topics including Leading with Emotional Intelligence, Lead from Strengths, Priority Management, Resiliency, Collective Genius/Team Building, Change Management, Leadership & Professional Development and Performance Management.
Cathi and her husband of 26 years started 2nd careers in Topsail Beach, North Carolina and have two 20-something kids. She considers herself a “social entrepreneur” and can’t resist giving back to her community! Cathi is an active member of:
